Return Policy

At Recovate, we stand behind the quality of our wellness and recovery products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, and we offer a straightforward return process for such instances.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@recovate.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.

Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
